Processing Workplace Approval Documentation
- Receive and record workplace approval documentation
- Upload workplace approval documentation to the designated system
- Verify all documents related to the request to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Assist employers with registration of workplace sites
- Check emails for registration requests
Prepare and Report on Workplace Approval Database
- Update workplace approval database with relevant approved sites regularly
- Report on the current approved workplace sites
- Remove workplace sites no longer registered with Services SETA
- Assist with approval of workplace sites
Achievement of Work Plans
- Execute work plans and drive the evidence collection in real time
- Produce reports against the implementation of work plans
- Respond to audit findings with complete evidence, on time
- Implement documented data management practices
- Comply to policies and procedures in the unit
- Record, file, and ensure the availability of information
- National Senior Certificate or equivalent, at a minimum NQF Level 4
- Relevant NQF Level 6 qualification in Business Management, Public Administration, Quality Assurance or related field is required
- 2-3 years of experience in business management or public administration, with a strong focus on quality assurance
- Knowledge and understanding of skills development and National Qualifications Framework (NQF) legislation, SAQA regulations and QCTO delegations
NOTES:
- Appointment onto the position is conditional upon the signing of a performance agreement with the organisation.
- Candidates may be subjected to a Psychometric Assessment whose results will be considered in determining whether to appoint the candidate or not.
