DUTIES (KEY RESULT AREAS/OUTPUTS)
Assist with the management of personnel provisioning which includes establishment amendments, control and reporting. Effective and Efficient management of talent sourcing processes. Which includes advertising, selection, interview, finalization of processes and transfers. Render an effective personnel administration function. Provide an effective support function to manager and personnel.

COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS)
Knowledge of all prescripts/aspects of Public Service Act, i.e. Public Service Regulations (PSR) Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions of employment act, Employment Equity Act. Planning and organising skills. Problem Solving Skills. Analytical Thinking skills. Ability to supervise and plan. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Ability to function independently as well as in a multi-disciplinary team. Ability to communicate clearly and discreetly in person and writing. Computer Literacy in at least MS Word, Ms Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
INHERENT REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB
Valid Code B/EB driver’s license. Will be required to wear a uniform. Will be required to travel within the province to provide support for talent sourcing processes. Must be willing to work overtime, when required.
