Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to lead and manage the Supply Chain department by ensuring operational excellence, efficient stock flow, inventory accuracy, and timely order fulfilment in line with business objectives and department standards. The Supply Chain Department Manager will drive team performance, optimise processes, ensure compliance with safety and operational requirements, and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver a seamless supply chain experience that supports both customer and business needs.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (advantageous)
At least 2–3 years in a supervisory or management role
Experience leading and supporting teams, including coaching, training, and managing disciplinary processes
Strong understanding and enforcement of workplace health & safety regulations and product quality standards
