Indomie is seeking an experienced, people-focused HR Supervisor to support our growing FMCG operations nationwide. The successful candidate will coordinate day-to-day HR activities, help build a positive and compliant workplace, and provide practical support to employees and managers across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise daily HR administration, including employee records, onboarding, contracts, leave and exits
· Support recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies, screening candidates, arranging interviews, and coordinating appointments
· Guide managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, employee relations, and workplace conduct
· Assist with performance-management processes, disciplinary matters, grievance, and employee wellness initiatives
· Ensure HR practices comply with applicable South African Labor Legislation and company policies
· Maintain accurate personnel files, HR reports, and confidential employee information
· Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance records, overtime, leave records, and employee benefits administration
· Support training, development, induction, and skills-development initiatives
· Help drive employee engagement, communication, and positive workplace culture
· Prepare regular HR reports and identify opportunities to improve HR processes
Requirements
· Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 3 -5 years’ generalist HR experience, ideally FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or a fast-paced operational environment
· Previous supervisory or team-coordination experience is advantageous
· Sound working knowledge of South Africa Labor Legislation
· Experience with recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll inputs, and HR administration
· Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
· highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information professionally
· proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR/Payroll systems
