Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Diploma / National Diploma in Accounting, Cost and Management Accounting or equivalent Finance qualification
- A valid Driver's License
- 5 years' experience in a similar environment
Core Responsibilities:
- Facilities bookings management.
- Monitor and control budget expenditure and reporting on variance and over expenditure.
- Co-ordinate all ICT Issues
- Attend to internal and external Audit matters as and when required.
- Manage and control record all stationery items that are received through stores, service providers and suppliers
- Compile financial, Fleet, Human Resource and administration reports.
- Ensure that completed work adheres to governance and legislative requirements.
- Drive own performance to achieve business objectives within required response time, quality and service delivery standards.
- Monitor and update the financial systems.
- Adhere to Batho Pele Principles
