Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Monitor and document children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain a cohesive and supportive teaching environment.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards for early childhood education.
Qualifications:
- Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working with children aged 1-2.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
