We're looking for a talented Frontend Developer to help build intuitive, responsive, and engaging user experiences for our products. You'll work closely with our backend developers, product team, and designers to deliver high-quality web applications using modern frontend technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using React and TypeScript
- Build responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces
- Consume and integrate REST APIs
- Collaborate with backend developers to deliver end-to-end features
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in technical design discussions and code reviews
- Troubleshoot, optimise, and improve application performance
- Contribute to improving the overall user experience
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years' experience in frontend development
- Strong commercial experience with React and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience with state management (Redux Toolkit, Context API, or similar)
- Experience integrating REST APIs
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows
- Strong attention to detail and passion for creating polished user experiences
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written English
Desirable Skills
- Experience with Next.js
- Bootstrap / SCSS (or similar component CSS frameworks)
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest or React Testing Library
- Socket.IO or other real-time clients
- WebRTC / video SDKs (e.g. Vonage, Twilio, Agora)
- PDF viewers or e-signature / document workflows
- Experience working in Agile teams
- Experience with AI-powered applications or real-time communication platforms
- Startup or SaaS product experience
- Familiarity with AWS or cloud deployments (e.g. Elastic Beanstalk, S3)
