Main Responsibilities:
- Form, take the lead and management of the local team
- Define the local market development strategy and be able to positively implement it
- Manage all aspects of developing and executing external partnerships.
- Conduct full-cycle sales outreach, from initial contact to negotiation, closing deals, and building long-term partnership.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with partners, including commercial, legal, financial and marketing aspects.
- Creating new opportunities in existing relationships and identifying opportunities for profit boost.
- Conducting regular market research
- Analyze market trends, business opportunities, and respective segments.
Expected Results:
- Successful development of the microfinance business in SAR
- Establish partnerships and contacts to boost the scaling and growth of the company results
- Hit and overcome the company's KPI
Professional Qualifications:
- 5+ years of sales and business development experience, including sales teams management
- Strong communication and sales skills (outreach, negotiation, and deal closure)
- Analytical mind, good with calculations and statistics
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, exhibiting strong decision-making skills and independence, coupled with a collaborative mindset
- 2+ years’ experience in lending business
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required
- Proactivity and desire to make an impact
- Fluent English, written and spoken. Native local speaker
