Position: Opera Cloud Administrator
Location: Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa
Salary: R29,000 CTC
Kendrick Recruitment, on behalf of our esteemed client, is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for an Opera Cloud Administrator to join a leading hotel group in Centurion, Gauteng. Our client is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Revenue Systems and Distribution department, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience with Opera Cloud systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration and integration of new properties onto Opera Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition and positive user experience.
Support: Provide operational and application support during and after the "go-live" phase, answering queries and resolving day-to-day end user cases.
System Management: Manage Opera Cloud functionality and related systems, such as RMS, CRM, and CRS, ensuring high levels of data integrity.
Rate Building: Build and manage rates within Opera Cloud.
Training: Conduct user training and write relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Case Management: Handle hotel cases, investigate inbound cases, and resolve them in a timely manner.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to leverage system functionality and address individual hotel business needs.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years of hospitality industry experience within the rooms department and 2-5 years of Opera PMS/Opera Cloud exposure.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of Opera PMS/Opera Cloud products (OXI, IFCs, OHIP) and hotel operations.
Skills:
Strong communication and rapport-building skills.
Innovative thinker with the ability to succeed through collaboration.
Ability to evaluate and understand individual hotel business needs.
Ability to travel as needed.
