Aryan Benevolent Home Council (ABH) is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Finance and Business Support Manager to provide strategic leadership and oversight of the organisation's financial and business support functions. This role is responsible for ensuring sound financial management, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and the effective stewardship of organizational resources in support of ABH's mission of providing quality care and services.
- Lead the organisation's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting processes.
- Ensure sound financial governance, internal controls and audit readiness.
- Manage cash flow, procurement, asset management and supplier relationships.
- Oversee business support services, including facilities, maintenance, fleet and administrative operations.
- Monitor and control organizational expenditure to ensure value for money and compliance with approved budgets.
- Coordinate donor meal and grocery initiatives to maximise donations and reduce kitchen operating costs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory and organizational policies.
- Lead risk management, occupational health and safety, and business continuity initiatives.
- Prepare reports for the CEO, Board and relevant committees.
- Lead, mentor and develop finance and business support teams to achieve organisational objectives.
