Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing operational procedures and policies
Supervise daily the DFC team
Oversee receiving, warehousing and delivery operations for DFC activities including inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
Schedule the team and manage the flow and quality of work to maximize efficiency and minimize overtime
Inspect racking, IT equipment, tools, and machinery regularly and oversee general maintenance when necessary
Meet regularly with other warehouse leads to improve productivity and develop action plans to reduce loss prevention
