Overview
As part of EPI-USE Labs Sales team, the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will play a key role in helping expand EPI-USE Labs revenue and client list for 2019 and beyond through product and services lead opportunity conversion.
EPI-USE Labs offers best of breed, Data Replication, Security, hosting and Managed Services to Global SAP Customers.
We are seeking energetic performers who are successful, competitive, outgoing, articulate, enjoy relationship building and can sell. A high comfort level presenting directly to customer management, and executives will be a key to success in this role.
Responsibilities
The Sales Development Representative will build and manage a plan working with our Sales and Marketing teams to grow new customer opportunities in our ALM and HCM products lines of business focusing on net new accounts and small customer growth opportunities. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows how to form and expand relationships quickly with individuals and organizations to drive new business. Reporting to the VP of Sales, The SDR will:
- Be involved in the sales process with a corresponding Regional Account Executive, Marketing manager and VP of Sales
- Execute against a quarterly quota of new opportunities identified and closed via contract execution
- Help facilitate interaction between marketing and sales teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of clients ranging from mid-size companies to enterprise global companies running SAP
- Perform sales activities such as phone calls and emails at a large volume
- Consult and strategize to deliver on daily and monthly goals by planning, controlling and following up on all aspects of a sale
- Be a product knowledge expert and successfully overcome prospective customer objections
- Accurately and thoroughly update records in Hubspot CRM
Qualifications
- Experience with SAP software applications preferred, but not required
- Previous sales development and training courses preferred
- Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills - strong phone and in-person presentation skills are required
- Enterprise software technical acumen a plus
- Located in or near Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL with ability to travel up to 25%
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical and business concepts and express them in clear language
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
