Job Description
Contribute to the development of strategies to increase sales revenue for multiple hotels in their managed account portfolio and supporting the hotels with their desired market segments.
The job duties of a senior sales executive include identifying industry acquisition targets and prospective clients, building client relationships, analysing sales data and assisting with the development of hotel sales plans.
A senior sales executive contributes to the company’s annual objectives by aligning their individual efforts as documented on their personal business plan within our managed market segments
Qualifications
Grade 12. Certified sales professional certificate or equivalent (sales basics). Experience within hotel operations, including market segmentation plans. Experience with the RFP/RFI process and systems used.
Skills
On the road” sales experience. Reactive and proactive selling experience - 3 Years. Multiple property sales and or on property reservations experience. Domestic, regional and international sales exposure. Drivers license and own vehicle
