We’re hiring a Front Office & Reservations Agent to join our team.
Applicants should have experience in the hospitality industry, demonstrate a commitment to customer service, and come to work with a positive attitude.
Minimum Requirements:

Hospitality Diploma/ Degree or Similar
-
3 years experience in a similar role
-
Knowledge of Nebula PMS
-
Must be able to work weekends and late shifts
Responsibilities

Full Front Office Reception and Reservation duties
-
Ensure that you project a good image, this being efficiency, courtesy, helpfulness, appearance and cleanliness.

Ensure that the Reception areas are clean and neat at all times (including any flower arrangements).

Ensure that guest queries and complaints are being dealt with in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner, thus achieving guest satisfaction

Ensure that all incoming telephone calls are dealt with in an efficient and courteous manner.

Ensure that the switchboard is manned adequately at all times

Ensure that all enquiries and requests for quotations are dealt with immediately according to company procedure

Ensure that all guest profiles are entered correctly on the system and are routed to the correct company

Ensure that all guests are received and accommodated in an efficient and friendly manner

Ensure that all guest accounts are correct and ready on departure

Ensure that brochures, rate sheets and maps are neatly on display.

Promote the hotel and the group at all times, as well as special rates and conferencing packages.

Ensure the Front Office Manager is made aware of all complaints by using the complaints register.

Ensure that you are at all times well acquainted with all of the hotel’s tariffs and special offers, as well as with all facilities available to the guests.

Must be able to work weekends and late shifts
