The Apple Guy is looking for an experienced and reliable Cell Phone Repair Technician to join our team.
Requirements: Experience repairing iPhone LCD/OLED screens from the iPhone 6 through to the latest Pro and high-end models. Skilled in battery replacements. Skilled in back glass replacements. Ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and workmanship. Good customer service and communication skills.
Duties & Responsibilities: Perform in-store mobile phone repairs. Assist customers with technical queries and device assessments. Handle in-store returns and customer support when technical assistance is required. Accurately capture and record all repairs completed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
Important:This is a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who can work independently, stay focused, and manage their workload efficiently. The successful candidate must be able to work diligently, maintain a high standard of repair quality, and complete tasks promptly. We need someone who is motivated, productive, and ready to work in a busy repair environment.
Minimum Requirements: Previous mobile phone repair experience is essential. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, trustworthy, and professional.
