Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective UK customers and introduce suitable life insurance products
- Build rapport and understand customer needs
- Deliver professional sales presentations
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Requirements
- Previous outbound sales, insurance, call centre, or telesales experience advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Target-driven with a positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Computer literacy and administrative skills
