1. Sales Generation and Follow-Up:
- Generate internal sales through proactive engagement with current and potential clients.
- Follow up with current quotes, ensuring timely responses and addressing client inquiries.
- Obtain feedback on sales analysis to improve future sales strategies.
- Ensure payment is received from first-time clients as per company policy.
- Secure purchase orders before booking jobs with operations.
2. Sales Approval and Quoting:
- Ensure all jobs are approved by management before quoting clients.
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes to clients in a timely manner.
- Follow up with clients for payment and report any non-payments to management after 30 days.
3. Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Submit daily call sheets to management, detailing sales activities and progress.
- Ensure all documentation is ready for operations to invoice within the 48-hour cut-off period.
4. Lead Management:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to provide tailored sales solutions.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
5. Sales Targets and Performance:
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas, with targets set by management (generally, CTC salary equals 10% of total turnover needed).
- Research accounts to identify key players and generate interest in MME's services.
6. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
