Summary:
Clean Dot Waste is seeking a dynamic, self-motivated individual to join the team as a sales consultant. The sales consultant is responsible for building and leading the sales section, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth within the waste management sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong personality, skills, a deep understanding of the waste management industry, and a proven track record in sales. This is a new position for Clean Dot Waste as this function has always been driven by the directors. Therefore, the person will report directly to the sales director.

Job title: Waste Management Sales Consultant.
Area: Sandton.
Indusrty: Waste Management.
Salary / CTC: R 12 000 – R 16 000 (depending on experience and portfolio of clients at hand).
Report to: Sales Director.
Key responsibilities:
Sales strategy development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and increase market share in the waste management industry. Should be a person capable of generating sales from week one, no time to acclimatise on ly to learn Clean Dot Waste Culture and compliance regulations, which are generally standards to the industry with a few specifics.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through-out your engagement and self - performance management.
Market analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and customer needs within the waste management sector.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales targets: Adhere and achieve managements and agreed upon targets with the company. Analyse sales potential performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet objectives.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as operations, and finance to support overall business objectives and ensure cohesive operations.
Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and environmental standards.

REQUIREMENTS
We are seeking for a person with exceptional capability of cold-calling / Out-bound sales capability and producing results in the shortest period. Clean Dot Waste has a footprint in various industries and therefore the market is wider.
Required skills and qualifications:
Education: Matric
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, within the waste management or environmental services industry.
Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of the waste management industry, including regulatory requirements, market trends, and operational processes.
Sales acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Strong negotiation, closing, and account management skills.
Required skills.
Leadership: Strong leadership and self/team management skills. Ability to self-motivate and strong communication with management and operations.
Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Strong analytical skills for market analysis and forecasting.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
