Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, identify, and approach potential business buyers to introduce TradeFed's platform.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their procurement needs and demonstrate the benefits of using TradeFed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with the internal sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in B2B sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Must have a valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
