M3e Engineering is seeking a dedicated, industrious, and driven administrative person to join our Admin Department. This role involves close collaboration with the factory/project managers and offers a dynamic environment for professional growth.
- General reception duties
- Issuing Job Cards
- Issuing Delivery Notes
- Typing of quotes
- Assist Buyer with orders
- Manage office stationery & equipment.
- Manage general office administration tasks and generate/maintain reports.
- Generate purchase orders when necessary and ensure executive approval for all procurement activities.
Qualifying Criteria:
- Three to Five years of prior experience in a administrative environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Team-oriented with the capacity to work independently.
- At least 2 contactable references of people whom you have reported to in previous positions
