Position: F&B Exec/Manager
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape
Salary: R40,000 - R50,000 NEG
Requirements:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a multi-property or upscale hospi tality e nvironment.

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or similar

Must have strong strategic marketing and branding experience

Must have event hosting and management experience

Strong leadership, communication, and interperso nal skill s

Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecas ting

Thorough understanding of F&B operations, including menu development, cost control, and quality assur an ce.
