New opportunity to join the leadership team as Rooms Director with this internationally branded luxury hotel group in Cape Town.
As Rooms Director your role will entail key strategic & operational decisions for the rooms division departments of the property – directing & optimising activities of the front Desk, Communications, Housekeeping, Reservations, Guest Relations & concierge teams. You will review systems & processes; prepare budget for the business unit; coaching & team motivation, delivering quality guest service while meeting financial targets.

Requirements:
South African citizen / or valid permit holder
Relevant degree in related field
Previous Rooms Division experience in a senior leadership role
Luxury experienced
