- Assist in the day-to-day management of the service station and convenience store.
- Supervise and support cashiers, shop assistants, and forecourt attendants.
- Monitor stock levels, receive deliveries, and conduct stock counts.
- Manage cash handling procedures and daily cash-ups.
- Maintain health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
- AdHoc admin and management tasks
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profitability targets.
Pay: R10 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
Experience:
- Assistant manager service station: 3 years (Required)
