Luxury Hotel in Randburg is looking for a Head Therapist / Spa Administrator to join their Spa team.
Responsibilities:

Responsible for all therapists within the workplace as well as performing beauty treatments yourself as required by the spa.

Assist with Reception duties including, but not limited to:
-
greeting guests,
-
answering phone calls,
-
assisting guests with questions regarding spa services and products,
-
booking appointments.

Assist in a supervisory role when the Spa Manager is not available.

Must have good financial acumen
-
Conduct stock takes as and when needed.
-
Must be passionate about the Spa.
-
Excellent customer service skills.
-
High hygiene standards.
-
Must have attention to detail, especially in the treatment rooms

Must be computer literate.
Requirements:
-
Must have at least five (3) years’ experience as a spa therapist and a further 3 or more years as a Head Therapist or Senior role within the Spa industry.

Must have a formal Therapist qualification.
