Ergasia is recruiting on behalf of our client for energetic, confident and target-driven Sales Agents to join a three-month fixed-term sales campaign.

- At least 6 months' pure sales experience in a contact centre environment.
- Previous experience selling vehicle tracking solutions will be highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
- Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven sales environment.
- Good computer literacy and experience capturing customer information on CRM systems.
- Reliable, professional and well-presented.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site in Pretoria.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Promote vehicle tracking products and explain their benefits.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Close sales and secure completed contracts.
- Accurately capture customer information.
- Follow up on outstanding applications and fitment appointments.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful installations.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining compliance with campaign standards.
