We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UI/UX Designer with more than three years of experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for both mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design process and proficiency in user-centered design principles. You will work closely with our product managers, and stakeholders to create engaging and effective user experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
1. User Research & Analysis:• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback.• Analyze and synthesize data to create user personas and journey maps.• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
2. Design & Prototyping:• Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that illustrate site functionality and layout.• Design and deliver user-centered experiences for mobile and web platforms.• Create high-fidelity UI designs using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
3. Collaboration & Communication:• Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions.• Present design concepts and iterate based on feedback.• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and devices.
4. Usability Testing & Improvement:• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for iterative improvements.• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness, usability issues).• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and guidelines.
5. Brand Alignment:• Ensure that the design aligns with the company’s branding and vision.• Maintain design systems and guidelines for consistency.
Qualifications:
- Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design for both mobile and web applications
.• Skills:• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, and others.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
.• Experience with responsive and adaptive design
.• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio:• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both mobile and web applications.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: From R300,00 per hour
