Requirements
- Grade 12.
- Grade B PSIRA certificate (Essential, please do not apply with a lower grade)
- Valid driver's license, first issue to not be less than 5 years
- In possession of a firearm competency certificate for business purpose (for all firearms). In possession of a valid regulation 21 certificate
- Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- At least 2 years' experience in a supervision position and driving
- Basic fire-fighting and first aid certificate.
- A valid alcohol testing certificate.

Duties and responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Supervise and guide security officers.
- Train and motivate security officers.
- Maintain daily records.
- Familiar with all sites.
- Regular patrols and spot checks of all sites.
- Conduct emergency response drills.
- Attend and investigate incidents.
- Gather information and complete reports.
- Defuse disturbances.
- Handle all interruptions and complaints, internally and externally.
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with all stakeholders.
- Support team to reach common goals.
- Perform routine risk assessment of sites.
- Assist with other operational and clerical duties
