Razor Labs is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee the successful deployment of our solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. This role demands a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, working closely with clients to deliver exceptional service.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with substantial client-facing experience and a strong understanding of machinery maintenance, reliability, or site engineering.
Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end delivery and track DataMind AI results for clients.

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to align customer needs with our solutions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Monitor customer satisfaction and develop strategies for improvement.

Coordinate training sessions and provide ongoing support to clients.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the customer base.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or significant client management.

Proven background and work experience within a mining company.

Strong foundational knowledge of heavy machinery operations, reliability, and maintenance.
