What You'll Do:
- Engage with new and existing customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right products / services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide excellent after-sales support and follow-ups
- Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Work closely with the sales and support team to ensure customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Matric (Grade 12) /NQF Level 4
Excellent communication skills in English (Afrikaans / Xhosa is an advantage)
Confident, target-driven, and self-motivated
Presentable, professional, and able to work under pressure
No criminal record
