What You Bring to the Table:
Diploma in Professional Cookery
Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
Strong knowledge of Plus Point System, food costing, and menu planning
Excellent team collaboration and communication skills
Solid management and leadership abilities to run a smooth kitchen
Essential experience in conferencing and catering for events
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all food procurement, stock control, and kitchen security
Direct and manage the culinary team to deliver delicious and innovative dishes ️
Modify or create menus to ensure top-notch quality that wows every guest
Estimate food requirements, labour costs, and ensure smooth kitchen operations
Be price-conscious when purchasing kitchen supplies and equipment
Inspect deliveries to ensure only the highest quality ingredients enter your kitchen
Implement and manage portion control and food reprocessing on a daily basis
