We are seeking an energetic, highly organised, and detail-oriented Training Assistant and Administrator to support the Training Division at our Head Office. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting learning and development initiatives, coordinating training activities, maintaining accurate training records, and assisting with the implementation of the organisation’s learning and development strategy.

- Completed Degree (Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent)
- Certified Matric Certificate required
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar training, HR, or learning administration role
- Exposure to corporate training environments preferred
- Prompt and professional correspondence and communication
- Assist with assessments and research for training material
- Assist to organise and facilitate training sessions
- Assist to manage an online learning platform
- Assist with the induction process for new employees
- Maintain accurate employee training records
- Data compilation and analysis for reporting to management
- Contribute to our customer-centric corporate culture
