Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist:
Position: Groups & Incentives Travel Specialist
Location: Sandton, GP
Salary: R25,000 - R35,000
Requirements:

Must have at least 3 years of Touring groups specific experience.

Good understanding of delivering excellent service to agents/guests.

In-depth knowledge of Tourplan or a similar booking system.

In-depth geographical, logistical, and product knowledge of South Africa, Botswana, Tanzania, and Kenya.

Additional experience in Namibia, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Zimbabwe, Zambia, and Mozambique is advantageous.

Communication skills and an excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).

Time and desk management including working in an orderly and focused manner.

Excellent negotiation skills.

Must be computer literate and have an in-depth knowledge of Word and Excel.

Calm and professional manner of servicing agents/guests.
