Position is based for a Construction concern – Person required to work independently
- General Administration and processing
- Upkeep of documentation
- Filing
- Elementary Bookkeeping duties
- Processing of Accounts
- and Reconciliations of accounts
- Processing of accounts payable invoices
- Client liaison
- Cold calling Clients
- Obtaining quotations
- Person needs to be bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
- General Secretarial / Administration experience within the Building Industry Sector would be beneficial
- Person is required to have strong Administration working experience as well as general accounting knowledge and exposure
- Person must be able to work under pressure and be self disciplined
- Person is required to have strong organisational and administrative skills
- Strict adherence to Company relevant policies and procedures
- Person must have excellent Communication skills and friendly Client liaison experience
- Able to work independently, efficiently, timeously and accurately
- Strong working knowledge of both MS Office, and Excel spreadsheets are vital
