About the Role
Teambuild Consultancy is looking for a sales-driven Appointment Setter to support our growing recruitment business. We specialize in placing Virtual Assistants with UK-based companies, primarily within the property sector.
This role is focused on lead generation, outreach, and booking qualified appointments with potential clients. We are looking for someone confident on calls, strong in communication, and comfortable pitching services to UK-based prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads from platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and databases
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and messages to potential clients
- Present and pitch our recruitment services confidently
- Book qualified appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication
- Keep records of outreach, responses, and pipeline activity
Requirements
- Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or lead generation
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Confidence in making outbound calls and handling objections
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Experience working with UK or international clients preferred
