Job Description:
Our Senior Marketing Associates are skilled professionals experienced in planning and executing comprehensive omnichannel marketing campaigns. These roles require a high level of market insight and the ability to apply this knowledge effectively across various digital platforms, including HubSpot, Klaviyo, and more. Each associate is a key member of our team, working under the guidance of the Marketing Manager and collaborating closely with other dedicated professionals to drive successful outcomes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Build, plan, and implement digital marketing strategies tailored to both global brands and local businesses, including the use of lead generation techniques and tools for B2B and B2C.
- Marketing Automation: Utilize platforms like HubSpot and Klaviyo to streamline marketing processes and improve campaign efficacy.
- Paid Media Campaigns: Strategize and manage robust advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc..
- Email Marketing: Craft and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, focusing on engagement and conversions.
- Content Creation: Generate engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, ad copy, social media posts, and web pages, with a strong understanding of the marketing funnel and content crafting using AI while retaining human qualities.
- Creative Guidance: Guide creative design for imagery and video content as necessary for effective marketing led design.
- Analytics and Optimization: Utilize SEO tools and Google Analytics along with operational knowledge of technical SEO to monitor and analyze campaign performance. Apply strong data attribution practices to report channel-specific and campaign-specific success, making data-driven adjustments.
- Technical Implementation: Familiarity with page building and posting in WordPress, Shopify, and BigCommerce.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the marketing team to ensure strategies are cohesive and aligned with client goals.
- Additional Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned, adapting to evolving business needs and supporting various marketing initiatives as required.
- Experience: At least 10 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a solid foundation in multiple digital marketing disciplines.
- Expertise in Digital Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Marketing Automation software and PPC platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Strong capabilities in analytics, reporting, and making data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and oral communication skills in American English, including the ability to communicate effectively on camera during client meetings and recorded updates.
- Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills with an ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team.
