WFH, Full-Time Content Research Expert (CRE):

TASKS
TASK #1: Research viral short-form content for clients
- Research 30–50 viral short-form videos per client on Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Analyze trends, hooks, formats, and angles that realistically have viral potential
- Think strategically about what type of content will help each client grow and monetize faster
- Adapt research based on each client’s niche, target audience, personality, and content style
TASK #2: Build and organize Client Master Sheets
- Organize all researched content ideas inside the Client Master Sheet
- Add direct links to each content example
- Write out the exact hook used in each video
- Assign the correct content category (Hero Story, Educational, Entertaining, Promotional)
- Write clear, step-by-step video instructions tailored to the client’s personality and style
- Add 3 niche-relevant inspirational accounts for each client to follow
TASK #3: Content library and internal reporting
- Add researched content into our internal content library, categorized by niche
- Complete daily End Of Day (EOD) reports
- Attend multiple weekly meetings with your manager for feedback and alignment
REQUIREMENTS
- Full-time availability and long-term commitment
- Excellent English skills (C1 or above – non-negotiable)
- Proven experience in content creation is a MUST
- Strong experience in content research, especially short-form platforms
- Deep understanding of what performs on Instagram Reels and TikTok
- Ability to spot viral patterns, hooks, and content formats
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured systems
- Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
- Strong say-do ratio and ability to meet deadlines consistently
