Requirements
- A relevant B-Tech or First Degree
- At least eight years’ appropriate managerial experience
- Valid Code B driver’s licence.
Key Performance Areas
- Lead and ensure the successful delivery of the Urban Mobility
Public Transport Strategic Projects
- Proven Leadership techniques and talent strategy to drive
successful change and change delivery in an evolving
dynamic world
- Navigating the connections and dependencies in the Project
Management ecosystem to realise business, IRT and IT
strategy
- Review program budget variance and scope change requests,
and participate in the budget-resolution process
- Directs and controls outcomes associated with utilization,
productivity and performance of personnel reporting to the
incumbent
