What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
✨ Proactively sourcing, attracting and engaging top talent across a range of roles
✨ Building strong partnerships with hiring managers and acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
✨ Creating engaging job adverts, attraction campaigns and talent pipelines
✨ Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates against business needs
✨ Managing multiple vacancies while delivering an exceptional candidate experience
✨ Using market insight, recruitment data and hiring trends to continuously improve outcomes
✨ Championing Sigma's culture, values and employer brand in every interaction

✔️ 3+ years' experience managing end-to-end recruitment in a high-volume environment
✔️ Experience leading or mentoring a team
✔️ Strong sourcing and headhunting skills, particularly through LinkedIn and talent networks
✔️ A track record of building credible stakeholder relationships at all levels
✔️ Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
✔️ Experience using ATS systems and recruitment data to drive decisions
✔️ A proactive approach, commercial mindset and passion for finding great talent
