Nexus is looking for a high-achieving person to join the internal sales team. The role of the internal sales representative is to provide both technical and administrative support for our customers and external sales team. Apart from assisting our customers in their day-to-day activities you will also be involved in providing quotes, basic troubleshooting of products required, providing support on product invoicing, and working hard to foster positive customer relationships. An internal Sales Representative or Salesperson sells products and services from our office. Your primary duties include understanding the customers’ needs, identifying new sales opportunities through calls and emails, and helping the External Sales team close sales deals.
Some of your job responsibilities include:
· resolve customer problems daily.
· Handling incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
· Customer Care
· Quoting
· Quotation Follow-up.
· Processing of orders
· Checking and Confirming stock
· Operating Evolution and Pastel Partner
· Servicing Cash Customers using YOCO.
· Filling in for dispatch/stock when there are gaps.
Requirements
· A matric certificate is essential.
· Excellent Computer literacy (email, word, excel)
· Friendly and upbeat personality.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Problem-solving skills.
· Conflict-resolution skills, and ability to work well in a team.
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
· Experience working with telephones and handling multiple calls and emails daily.

· Excellent numeracy skills for accurate and speedy calculation of sales prices, discounts, and percentages.

Contract length: 6 months
Pay: R8 000,00 - R15 000,00 per month
