Job Description
We are seeking an energetic and passionate Children’s Gymnastics Instructor to join our team! The instructor will:
- Lead gymnastics-based fitness classes for children of various age groups
- Incorporate creative movement, games, music, and sports skills to make each class engaging and educational
- Create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment
- Provide excellent customer service to families and ensure all members feel welcome
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized facility
- Support and participate in parties, events, and camps as part of the My Gym experience
Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Sport degree, or related field
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in Group Exercise and Fitness Instruction
- Experience working with children in a group setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
- Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
