Office Administrator position available for a sales and rentals agency located in Pretoria East.
Job Description
Administrative Tasks:
- Assisting with office phone calls on the switchboard.
- Handling and distributing email inquiries from clients.
- Drafting, proofreading, and distributing notices, addendums, and email templates.
- Managing Google Workspace and Linkus.
HR and Compliance:
- Agent recruitment.
- Ensuring office compliance with general legislation.
- Loading new agents onto various systems (Propctrl, printer, email).
Financial and Accounting:
- Submission of monthly reports to Head Office.
- Allocating and processing payments for landlords, suppliers, and refunds.
- Managing rental renewals, lease documentation, and tenant invoices.
- Managing general tenant and landlord enquiries and disputes with regard to accounts.
- Drafting of sales and rental commission payslip.
- Oversee rental agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly outlined and understood by tenants and property owners.
- Send welcome emails to all new landlords and tenants after lease agreement has been signed.
- Pull Credit Checks for all applications on WeConnectU portal
- Upload payment profiles to TPN Credit Bureau.
- Issuing letters of demand and notice to vacate.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans
- Matric certificate
- Previous administrator experience is required, preferred if it in a real estate setting
