Senior Product Manager (Payments | Card Acquiring)

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of innovative payment solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about shaping the future of payments, with deep expertise in card acquiring.
About the Role
As Senior Product Manager, you will take ownership of the payments product portfolio—driving strategic direction, innovation, and commercial success. You’ll work cross-functionally to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions that enable growth and enhance user experience.
✅ Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the payments product roadmap and strategy

Identify market trends, customer needs, and new opportunities within the payments space

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management (ideation to commercialisation)

Drive product innovation, launches, and ecosystem growth

Translate business needs into commercially viable payment solutions

Collaborate with internal teams (tech, operations, sales) to ensure successful delivery

Oversee product performance, testing, optimisation, and reporting

Lead and mentor product team members
Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field (postgraduate advantageous)

Minimum 8 years’ experience in product, innovation, or strategy within fintech, banking, or payments

Extensive and proven experience in card acquiring (ESSENTIAL), including:

Card-present (POS) and card-not-present (e-commerce) environments

Acquiring transaction processing and payment flows

Strong understanding of the payments ecosystem and industry trends

Demonstrated success delivering commercially impactful solutions

Experience with product lifecycle management, go-to-market strategy, and revenue optimisation

Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)
