As we continue to grow, we are hiring a Client Success Manager to protect client relationships, drive retention, and support long-term revenue growth.
Role Overview
The Client Success Manager is the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients.
This role is responsible for:
- Managing ongoing client communication
- Leading performance review calls
- Monitoring account health
- Reducing churn
- Identifying opportunities for growth
You will work closely with internal SEO, paid ads, CRM teams and web teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
- Lead onboarding calls for new clients
- Conduct monthly performance review meetings
- Communicate campaign progress clearly and professionally
- Handle concerns with confidence and urgency
Retention & Account Health
- Monitor KPIs including lead volume, CPL, rankings, and overall performance
- Identify risk factors early and create action plans
- Maintain strong retention metrics
- Document client communication and next steps
Revenue Growth
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Collaborate with leadership on expansion conversations
- Support renewals and contract extensions
Internal Coordination
- Translate client goals into actionable internal tasks
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time
- Maintain strong follow-through across teams
Qualifications Required
- 2–5+ years experience in Client Success, Account Management, or Agency Account Management
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients
- Advanced/Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable leading client calls independently
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Preferred
- Digital marketing experience (SEO, PPC, or agency environment)
- Experience using CRM systems (Go High Level preferred)
- Experience with project management tools (Trello/Click Up)
