My client in the
Automotive industry is looking for an
Invoicing Clerk / Stock Controller with
Invoicing and Floor planning experience to provide his/her full-time services to a commercial dealership
Requirements:
- Matric Certificate or higher
- Qualification in Sales and Marketing advantageous
- Minimum 2-3 Years experience in a sales coordinator in the Motor Industry
- Knowledge of the Invoicing process
- Evolve system experience (essential)
Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices
- Record invoiced vehicle information daily
- Releasing of new vehicles stock into the Evolve system
- Compilation and distribution of daily sales reports and master reports
- Compile monthly sales spreadsheets by Dealer/Branch and by model, customer stats
- Issuing of pro-forma invoices to dealers and branches
- Gathering export sales statistics
- Issuing of orders to the suppliers and closing of orders
- Management of outsourced supplier payments
- Provide pricing information and dealer billing price
- Analyse branch and dealer performance
