Qualification
The requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in IT or related field
Experience
- 3+ years’ experience in a Business Support role
- 1st Line Support
- Trend Analysis, Forecasts and Planning
- Customer Service Technology Support
- Data Management and Reporting
