A catering company with a number of upmarket catering contracts situated a a number of prestigius schools seeks an experienced Catering Opeartions Manager to over see 5 units. The ideal candidate will need to meet the following criteria:-
Matric & relevant catering qualification
Minimum 7 years experience in a Catering Management role within industrial catering - school experience would be a solid advantage.
Must have managed a team of at least 25 people previously.
Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement.
Must currently be holding a similar position as a Catering Ops Manager role at a upmarket catering firm, they are not looking for a chef.
Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality.
