Tech5, an Internet Service provider has an exciting opportunity for a Junior Sales Representative based in KZN, in proximity to Durban. ISP experience will be beneficial to the applicants with duties including (but not limited to) developing sales strategies and attracting new clients for Fibre to the Home and Business. Sourcing new sales opportunities and closing sales to achieve targets. This will include traveling to assigned territories to meet with potential and new customers thus a reliable vehicle will be required to effectively perform all duties.
A focus will be placed on increasing revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales of products and services. To gather a quick in-depth understanding of the Internet Service Provider industry to offer tailor-made solutions to clients and continuously make clients aware of new product offerings.
To ensure the achievement of Tech5’s strategic objectives, goal plans, and targets. To comply with all policies and procedures and with strict adherence to internal controls. To uphold customer service and satisfaction in the highest regard which is of utmost importance. Ensuring daily, weekly, and monthly reporting is done accurately and timeously and contains appropriate content to enable effective decision-making.
Additional duties will include assistance with marketing and bringing in new ideas that will result in increased sales. Tech5 is offering a basic salary with an incentive and commission structure. A branding, petrol, and cell phone allowance. Discretionary discounted fibre to the home services after successfully reaching 4 months of targets. All bonus payments will be performance-based.
