Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Provide a warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival. Manage check-in and check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency.

Guest Assistance: Offer detailed information about hotel facilities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation. Provide helpful recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Communication Management: Handle incoming calls and emails with courtesy and professionalism. Direct inquiries to appropriate departments and ensure timely responses.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and faxing. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

Payment Processing: Manage guest payments for room charges, deposits, and incidentals. Reconcile cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records.

Guest Services Coordination: Work with hotel departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to meet guest needs and preferences.

Safety and Security: Monitor the lobby and entrance to ensure guest and staff safety. Follow security protocols to safeguard the property.

Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns professionally. Escalate issues to the Duty Manager or relevant supervisor if necessary.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality industry.

Skills: Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.

Abilities: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
