A 5* hotel with over 100 rooms and suites, a spa, four food and beverage outlets and banqueting for up to 600 is looking to employ a Food and Bev Duty Manager with the following requirements:

Minimum of 3 years 5* Food and Beverage Hotel experience in a multi-outlet hotel.

Will need to be accustomed to high end guests and thier needs.

Opera and Micros experience would be an added advantage.

Capable and experienced duty manager who will be responsible for overseeing operation when on duty.

Willing to work evening shifts and some weekends, be a team player.

Be able to manage banqueting and restaurant operations in the evening with the assistance of the asst food and beverage manager.

Drivers licence.
