Hahn Collections is currently looking for an individual who will join our team as a Quality Assurance Consultant.
Responsibilities included:
- Evaluate calls, critically assess all correspondence on Digital Communication Channels in the company
- Effectively, implementing intervention strategies to improve quality of service and improve performance
- Identifying areas of development, leading, coaching and management of individual/team performance satisfy client needs
- Be up to date with latest trends, regulations and industry information.
- Drive the adoption of good practice and conduct within the business
- Produce relevant reports, analyse and share insights
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R6 000,00 - R10 000,00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Midrand, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
